PROVIN Performance Coaching respects the privacy of our athletes and prospective clients. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we work to protect it.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with PROVIN, we may collect:
- Contact information, including name and email address.
- Application responses and selected coaching package.
- Running goals, training history, race plans, and training-log entries.
- Information voluntarily provided about injuries, physical limitations, recovery, or other factors relevant to coaching.
- Subscription status, transaction records, and payment-related information, if we offer online payments.
- Messages and feedback exchanged with our coaches.
Please do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for coaching.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to review coaching applications, communicate with athletes, create and update training plans, review training progress, manage subscriptions, maintain business records, protect our services, and meet legal obligations.
How our forms work
Our application form is a Google Form, and your answers are stored in a private Google Sheet that only our coaches can access. Our contact form opens your email app with your message filled in, and you send it to our business email, teamprovinperformance@gmail.com. This website does not store your answers.
Service Providers
We may use third-party providers to operate our services, including Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Calendly, Google Meet, and Stripe if we offer online payments.
These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which can receive your IP address.
Payment Information
If we offer online payments, they will be processed through Stripe or another payment provider we have approved.
PROVIN will not ask athletes to submit full payment-card numbers or security codes through ordinary Google Forms, Google Sheets, or training-log documents.
Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information with service providers when necessary to operate our business, comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell personal information.
Workout data
Athletes may share activity links, workout summaries, screenshots, exported files and training notes with their coach. We use them only for coaching. Never share your account passwords with us. Activity links can reveal information, such as routes and times, depending on your account and privacy settings, so check your settings before sharing.
Training-Log Privacy
Each athlete’s training log is intended to be accessible only to that athlete and authorized coaching personnel.
We use access restrictions to limit who can open each log. Athletes should not receive access to other athletes’ training logs.
Access restrictions reduce unnecessary exposure but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting and third-party services may collect basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type. If we add analytics later, we’ll update this policy.
Data Retention and Requests
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for coaching, business operations, legal obligations, and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
Athletes may contact teamprovinperformance@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and any records we are required to retain.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Minors
Athletes under 18 should apply with a parent or guardian. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13 without a parent or guardian.
Before accepting athletes under 18, PROVIN will establish and follow an appropriate process for parental or guardian consent and any other requirements imposed by applicable law.
Changes and Contact
We may update this policy as our practices change. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
Privacy questions may be sent to teamprovinperformance@gmail.com.
Owner review: confirm which services actually process athlete information, that “we do not sell personal information” is accurate, the parental-consent process for athletes under 18, and get legal review.
